Wallingford Police Blotter: Sept. 20 Through Sept. 30, 2025
Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.
WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
Lori A. Musante, 61, of Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 20 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and failure to drive in proper lane. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Nov. 6, according to state judicial records.
Matthew T. Weimer, 29, of Meriden, was arrested Sept. 21 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Oct. 20.

Kamil J. Henderson, 26, of Meriden, was arrested Sept. 21 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 21.
Chancey D. Michaud, 43, of Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 22 on charges of second-degree reckless endangerment, disorderly conduct, and second-degree threatening – physical threat. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 23.

Matthew S. Bevacqua, 54, of Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 22 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and failure to drive in proper lane. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Nov. 13.
Johnathan P. Conrad, 48, of Southington, was arrested Sept. 23 on a charge of criminal violation of restraining order. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Nov. 26.
Kyle W. Pelletier, 36, of Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 23 on a charge of violation of protective order. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Nov. 5.
Craig T. Bruscato, 38, of Waterford, was arrested Sept. 23 on charges of sixth-degree larceny, possession of controlled substance – first offense, and use of drug paraphernalia. He was being held in lieu of a $100 bond with a court date of Oct. 20.
Jonpaul A. Gonzalez, 30, of Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 26 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Dec. 4.
Christian W. Paskiewicz, 20, of Milford, was arrested Sept. 27 on charges of interfering with an emergency call and second-degree unlawful restraint. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Nov. 19. He was additionally charged with two counts of second-degree violating conditions of release.
Giancarlo Governale, 35, of Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 29 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 20.
David P. Jaros, 32, of Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 30 on two counts of reckless driving, two counts of engaging police in pursuit, two counts of interfering with officer / resisting, and two counts of failure to display plates / inserts. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Nov. 4.
