On Aug. 5, a Wallingford resident, who wished to remain anonymous, purchased a 200X lottery ticket from the <a href="https://www.ctlottery.org/WhereToPlay/118753" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Big Y Express 139</a> in North Haven and won $750,000, according to lottery officials. The CT Lottery has changed its policy on announcing winners by not including the winners' full names on the list in order to protect them from potential scams, according to officials.
