Wallingford Twilight Tunes Summer Concert Series: What To Know Before You Go

WALLINGFORD, CT — The 2025 Twilight Tunes Summer Concert Series starts Wednesday, July 9 in Wallingford.

The free concerts, presented by the Wallingford Parks & Recreation Department and sponsored by Toyota Oakdale Theatre, are held Wednesday nights from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on the Wallingford parade grounds.

Twilight Tunes 2025

Juice Box (July 9): Connecticut's best top 40 band brings musical creativity to a reality. Different from the norm, this high energy party band blends together mixes and mashups of popular music to keep you on your toes figuratively and literally all show long! With a wide range of genres and era's covered, you'll be sure to hear some of your favorite songs played. Juice Box — Squeeze the Hits, Pour the Party!

Hazzard County (July 16): They say that music is the language of the soul, and nothing could be truer for this band. Composed of a group of inspirational musicians and skillful performers, the artists behind Hazzard County have earned their reputation as a talented band, which formed back in 2012. Hazzard County is a six-piece Modern Country, high-energy party band looking to change the way you think about the sweet sounds of the South. Based in Connecticut, HazCo performs all over greater New England.

Raise Your Hands (July 23): RAISE YOUR HANDS is the premier tribute to the music & spirit of BON JOVI. RYH formed in 2018, the same year BON JOVI was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Covering both the hits and deep catalog tracks, this 5-piece professional band has quickly become one of the Northeast's top tribute acts. Entertaining crowds from Mohegan Sun & MGM Casino to theaters, venues and town greens, the RYH live experience is polished and engaging. Consisting of seasoned musicians from the New England music scene, everything heard is performed live without any pre-recorded backing tracks.

Madhouse (July 30): Madhouse is a High Energy Regional Party Band Playing the Northeast’s Largest Casinos, Resorts, Premier Music Venues and Private Events. The Group is Fitted with the Area’s Top Talent who’ve all worked in the Industry for years. Playing a wide range of Popular Billboard Blockbuster Hits from all Eras.

Leaf Jumpers (Aug. 5): Formed in 1995, Leaf Jumpers were one of Connecticut's best jam bands in the late 1990's. Sharing the stage with Sister Hazel, God Street Wine, Disco Biscuits, Rustic Overtones, Max Creek and Deep Banana Blackout, the band played the East Coast's best venues. Reuniting in 2013, the band surged in 2014, playing Connecticut's biggest fairs and festivals, as well as large festivals in New York and Maryland. The band has received rave reviews. The band's lineup, consisting of singer/guitarist Chris Marra, singer/keyboard player Marc Apostolides, bass player Spike Kingsley and drummer Scott Peszko, has steadily attracted fans with their solid harmonies, outstanding musicianship, and memorable songwriting.

Jen & Tonic (Aug. 13): Jen & Tonic, a musical act from the CT shoreline are a retro-cool four-piece band. While mostly identified as a 50’s style Rock & Pop group, the band plays recognizable material from the 20’s through the 80’s all within their own rockabilly/ country/loungy-swing stylings. Jen is the straw that stirs the drink, a gifted singer and a captivating presence. The band features twangy guitar, upright doghouse slap bass and drums. Jen & Tonic is family friendly and appeal to all age groups but most of all to those who love the timeless classics of yesteryear

Rhythm City (Aug. 20): Rhythm City is a premier Connecticut dance band known for their energetic performances and diverse musical repertoire. This vibrant group effortlessly blends R&B, Disco, Rock, Motown and Top 40 hits, creating an unforgettable experience for their audiences. Rhythm City is a favorite at clubs, festivals, outdoor concerts, weddings and corporate events throughout Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts. Rhythm City, where the beat never stops!
