Are You Missing Jewelry?
Waterford Police found a box containing costume jewelry that they believe may have been among the items stolen from unlocked vehicles recently.
Are you missing jewelry? The Waterford Police Department found a small amount of costume jewelry in a cardboard jewelry box in a yard off Phillips Street near the New London town line.
Police believe the jewelry may have been among a number of items taken from unlocked vehicles overnight from August 21 to August 22. There was a recent rash of reports from local residents who discovered someone had stolen items from their vehicles in the vicinity.
