Police Blotter: Arrest Reports from Waterford PD

Donald Penman, 27, of 83 Hill Street, Jewett City, was charged with breach of peace, threatening, and with criminal trespass in the first degree. 

Melissa Spillane, 24, of 49 Wawecus Hill Road, Norwich, was charged with operating a motor vehicle when registration of license is refused/suspended or revoked, and failure to illuminate rear license plate.

Amado Castellanos, 29, of 12 Rosemary Street, New London, was charged with traveling unreasonably fast for conditions, failure to drive in the proper lane and operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.

Katrina Sharkey, 27, of 678 Colonel Ledyard Highway, Ledyard, was charged with operating a motor vehicle when license or registration is refused/suspended/revoked and with improper fender/running board/backup/identification lamps.

Jessica Burnette, 31, of 211 Waterford Parkway North, Waterford, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Shauna Clemons, 18, of 47 Massachusetts Avenue, Oakdale, was charged with larceny in the 6th degree, shoplifting.

Thomas McConnell, 52, of 6 Laurel Glenn Road, Quaker Hill, was charged with possession of a controlled substance/<4oz of marijuana. 

Jennifer Maciel, 30, of 50 Church Street, Mystic, was charged with identity theft in the second degree, larceny in the third degree.  

Daniel Vandergrift, 29, of 37 Spring Street, New London, was charged with larceny 6th (shoplifting)

Bayron Chacha, 34, of 189 Connecticut Avenue, New London, was charged with operating a motor vehicle when license or registration is suspended/revoked/refused. 

Melanie Donbrosky, 25, of 80 Maple Avenue, New London, was charged with larceny in the 6th degree (shoplifting)

Corey Hunt, 24, of 13 Lee Road, Waterford, was charged with illegal use of a credit card, credit card theft, receipt of money/goods/services by illegal credit card use, larceny 5th, and identity theft in the third degree. 

Angel Larabee, 23, of 163 Pequot Avenue, New London, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under suspension. 

Ryan Bannister, 23, of 8 Deer Trail, Oakdale, was charged with two counts of failure to appear in the second degree.
