Waterford Commission Bans Cannabis Sales, Production: Report
The commission voted unanimously in favor of the measure.
WATERFORD, CT — The Planning and Zoning Commission has voted to ban the sale and production of recreational cannabis in Waterford, according to The New London Day. The change will go into effect Dec. 14.
The town had previously passed a one-year moratorium on cannabis sales which was set to expire Dec. 17.
The commission voted unanimously in favor of the ban at its Tuesday night meeting.
