Waterford-East Lyme Animal Control Needs Medical Supplies

Waterford ACO put a call out on Facebook for emergency first aid supplies.

Waterford’s Animal Control Officer Robert Yuchniuk said he needs some supplies for a first aid kit he can keep in his vehicle for emergencies. Yuchniuk posted this message on Facebook

“Recently went to a car versus dog call, and had nothing to bandage the pup up prior to transporting him to the vets, so I am putting together a dog/cat/people first aid kit, i am looking for donations of rolls of gauze, gauze pads, and first aid tape, standard size woven bandages (band aids), ice packs, (the kind you break and they get cold) does anyone have any connections with a doctors office or vet office who would like to donate for this cause? (please don’t steal medical supplies) thanks!!!!"

If you have any ideas for the Animal Shelter message Officer Yuchniuk through the Waterford-East Lyme Facebook page.
