Duffers Sought For West Hartford Chamber's Golf Tourney

WEST HARTFORD, CT — Duffers of all skill sets are being sought to participate in the West Hartford Chamber of Commerce's biggest fundraising event.

The 39th annual West Hartford Chamber of Commerce Golf Tournament will take place Tuesday, Sept. 9, at the Wampanoag Country Club, 60 Wampanoag Drive, West Hartford.

The all-day event starts with breakfast at 7:30 a.m. with a tee-off at 9 a.m.

Then, after 18 holes of golf, participants will enjoy a cocktail hour and barbecue meal.

The fee is $300 per golfer (includes breakfast, 18 holes of golf with a cart, cocktails, and the barbecue) or $1,100 per foursome. For $60, participants can enjoy the afternoon barbecue.

"This represents the largest fundraiser for the West Hartford Chamber, funding the organization and its programs and services throughout the year," wrote the Chamber.
