Phatty Wagon Kitchen, A New Restaurant, Opens In WeHa Brewery

"Hungry? Go stuff yourself!" is the motto at West Hartford's newest restaurant, which sells burgers, tacos and more. It opened this week.

WEST HARTFORD, CT — Phatty Wagon Kitchen, a new restaurant with the motto "Hungry? Go stuff yourself!" has opened in West Hartford.

The restaurant, which is located inside WeHa Brewing & Roasting Company (141 Shield St.), sells burgers, tacos, wraps and more — and none of it is super healthy, owner Nick Glenn told the Hartford Courant.

"The food has to hold up against beer, to make the drive home better," Glenn told the Courant. "We won't be selling dainty salads and appetizers. Even our wraps, which are healthier, aren't really healthy. And our vegetable plate is all fried."

"It means the absolute world to me," he wrote. "Aside from being a father to two beautiful kids, today will go down as one of the single greatest privileges of my life that I am truly grateful for. Thank you all so much for allowing me to fulfill my dream."
