Student Struck By Car At University Of Hartford: Reports
A student was hospitalized after they were struck by a car near the university's entrance, according to reports.
WEST HARTFORD, CT — A student was struck by a car near the entrance to the University of Hartford on Monday, according to WTNH News-8.
The student was using a crosswalk on Bloomfield Avenue at about 5:30 p.m. when a car that was turning hit them, Hearst Connecticut Media reported.
The student was taken to the hospital for treatment of injuries.

West Hartford police said the injuries were minor, WTNH News-8 reported.
The driver remained at the scene of the accident and was cooperating with police, according to Hearst Connecticut Media.
