West Hartford Police Log for July 27 - 28

The following arrests were made between July 27, 2013 and July 28, 2013, and are listed in reverse chronological order. Information was provided by the West Hartford Police Department, 103 Raymond Road. Some charges may stem from multiple arrests; bond listed when available; arrests do not indicate convictions:

July 28

Chad Sandberg, 21, of 342 Cumberland Road, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. He was released on a $2,500 non-surety bond. Sandberg was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on July 29.

Austin Pond, 22, of 11 Sycamore Road, was charged with second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a $2,500 non-surety bond. Pond is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on July 31.

Dennis Patrick Rogan, 66, of 31 A1 Loomis Drive, was charged with operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol. He was released on a $5,000 surety bond. Rogan is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Aug. 8.

July 27

Ty Ellison, 31, of 86 Four Mile Road, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief. He was released from custody and was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on July 29.
