Teen Draining Your Wallet? West Hartford Program Will Educate Them About Money
The West Hartford Public Library April 23 will host an interactive program aimed at teaching teenagers about the value/importance of money.
WEST HARTFORD, CT — Local parents tired of being a money pit for their teens might want to bring them to the West Hartford Public Library next week.
The Noah Webster branch, located at 20 S. Main St., West Hartford, is hosting "Finance in Advance," a program on money specifically geared for teens in grades 7-12.
It will take place on Wednesday, April 23, at 6 p.m. at the library.

There, experts will teach teens financial literacy, budgeting, and investing concepts to build their money skills.
Participants are asked to bring a laptop or smartphone to participate in some interactive games.
