A Milford resident won $50,000 on a $4,000,000 Fortune ticket that was sold at Baybrook Tobacco at 4 Jones Hill Rd. in West Haven, according to lottery officials.
The CT Lottery has changed its policy on announcing winners by not including the winners’ full names on the list in order to protect them from potential scams, according to officials.
