WEST HAVEN, CT — A building that previously housed one automotive business on a busy stretch of Derby Avenue has been sold to the owner of another auto business, in a deal brokered by Levey Miller Maretz, according to a press release.
The building at 461 Derby Ave., also known as Route 34, was bought for $465,000 by Enrico DiGioia of SKF Automotive, an auto repair business. He bought the property, which previously housed Astro Transmission, from Kirsten Gebbia.
Steve Miller and Jeremy Rosner of Levey Miller Maretz were the deal’s sole brokers. Attorney Bill Gambardella represented the seller and attorney David Pinciaro represented the buyer.
