A Guilford resident won $20,000 on a 20X Cash 9th Edition scratch ticket that was sold at Spirits Of West Haven at 904 Ocean Ave. in West Haven, according to lottery officials.

The CT Lottery has changed its policy on announcing winners by not including the winners’ full names on the list in order to protect them from potential scams, according to officials.
