WEST HAVEN, CT — A Milford insurance company has signed a long-term lease to open a second location in West Haven, realtors announced. Milford-based Christopher Carucci Agency, LLC., a State Farm Insurance affiliate, will open the location at Baybrook Plaza in West Haven. Senior Commercial Specialist John Bergin assisted the company with finding the location, Barbara L. Pearce, Chair and CEO of Pearce Real Estate, announced in a news release. "The local insurance agency will continue its presence in Milford while also offering a full range of insurance options from the new West Haven office," the news release states. "It comprises 1,800 square feet of space that previously housed a dental practice in the plaza." Bergin represented both the tenant, State Farm, and the landlord, BayKat, LLC. of West Haven, in the deal. Bergin is an award-winning agent who specializes in commercial and industrial lease and sale properties, according to the news release.
