An investor recently purchased a mixed-use building in West Haven, according to realtors.
WEST HAVEN, CT — An investor recently purchased a 3,500-square-foot mixed-use building on Campbell Avenue in West Haven, according to realtors.
Fred A. Messore, broker and senior vice president of Colonial Properties, was the sole broker in the sale of 360 Campbell Avenue in West Haven.
The 3,500-square-foot mixed-use building, with an additional 1,040 square foot +/- garage on .24 +/- acres was purchased by an investor for $430,000, according to the news release.

The buyer intends to renovate the property before putting it back on the market for lease, according to the news release.
The Sellers, Philip Damicis and William C. D'Amicis Jr. were represented by Attorney Vincent Amendola in West Haven; the Buyer was represented by Attorney Ben Trachten, with Trachten Law Firm in New Haven.

The sale was one of several transactions recently announced by Colonial Properties.
Tilcon Connecticut, Inc. has signed a lease for a property in Orange that will be used by the Connecticut Department of Transportation for local projects, according to realtors.
Michael Richetelli, president and designated broker of Colonial Properties, represented the Landlord, NECY Investments, LLC, in the leasing of a 940 +/- square-foot office unit at 370 Boston Post Road in Orange to Tilcon Connecticut, Inc. for a one-year lease term, according to the news release.
Tilcon is a supplier of crushed stone, hot mix asphalt, and ready-mix concrete with 23 locations in Connecticut.
Richetelli also represented the Landlord, 590 Boston Avenue, LLC, in the leasing of a 900 +/- square-foot retail unit at 590 Boston Avenue in Bridgeport to Ship Nation, a pack and ship franchise, for a five-year lease term.
