Large Residential Building Sold For Over $5 Million In West Haven
The 28,952-square-foot building was sold to a New York City investor recently.
WEST HAVEN, CT — A 40-unit apartment building sold recently in West Haven for $5.43 million, according to a press release from Northeast Private Client Group.
The seller was CT Realty Trust of Fairfield. The buyer was a New York-based investor.
The property is located at 295 Elm. St. and is a 28,952-square-foot multifamily building with off-street parking. The complex is located a mile from I-95 and the train station.

Northeast Private Client Group "specializes in mixed-use, retail, industrial and multifamily real estate, exclusively representing investors, property owners, and professional real estate investors," according to the statement.
The group has completed over 1,350 transactions totaling $4.1 billion in the Northeast and Southeast.
