Multi-Family Property Sells For $3.8M In West Haven

The property, which includes an apartment building and additional condominiums, recently sold for $3.8 million, realtors announced.

WEST HAVEN, CT — A multi-family property, which includes an apartment building and additional condominiums, recently sold for $3.8 million in West Haven, realtors announced.

Fred A. Messore, Senior Vice President/Broker, served as the sole broker in the sale of 55, 57, 59 and 63 Glade Street in West Haven, Michael Richetelli, President and Designated Broker of Colonial Properties, Inc., announced in a news release.

The property, consisting of a 29-unit apartment building and an additional nine condominiums, was purchased by Greystone Management Group, LLC for a total price of $3.8 million, according to the news release.

The seller, West Haven Housing Authority, was represented by Attorney Karen Kravetz of Susman, Duffy & Segaloff, PC in New Haven. The buyer was represented by Attorney Elliot Steinmetz of Rosenberg & Steinmetz PC in Valley Stream, New York.

“This sale is indicative of the high demand in the marketplace for multi-family assets,” Richetelli said. “Although it took longer than anticipated to arrive at a closing, Mr. Messore overcame many challenges in getting this over the finish line for our client.”
