A new tenant has signed a three-year lease for the property at 701-703 Campbell Avenue, Michael Richetelli, president and designated broker of Colonial Properties, Inc., recently announced. The property includes 2,250-square-feet of restaurant space. The former home of the Blue Horse Restaurant and Bar will be reopened as a tapas bar once renovations are complete, according to Richetelli. Tom Doyle represented the landlord, York Business Center, LLC, and the tenant, Hijos Del Jaya, LLC was represented by Ricardo Williams from William Real Estate and Property Management, according to a news release. In another recent transaction, Doyle represented Leveraged Equities, LLC in the leasing 8,925-square-feet of warehouse space at 464 Boston Post Road in Orange to the tenant, Leaf Express, LLC for a three-year term.
