Obituary: Carol Lou Cash Roberts, 78, of West Haven
Carol, always loving and devoted to her family, worked as a paraprofessional for the West Haven Board of Education for many years.
WEST HAVEN, CT - (From West Haven Funeral Home) It is with deep sadness that the family of Carol Lou Cash Roberts announces her passing on October 10, 2021. She was the wife of the late Leon Roberts.
Carol leaves her loving family, including sons Mark (Carmen Santana) Roberts and Steven (Jenifer) Roberts; 8 grandchildren Amanda Roberts, Steven Roberts (WHFD), Christina Roberts Mickolyzck, Daniel Stearne, Kaylee Roberts, Sadielee Roberts, Leslie Villafane, and Carol Acosta; 6 adorable great-grandchildren Natalie Criscuolo, Parker Roberts-Bonacum, Oscar Gonzalez Jr., Jaclyn Suares, Josiah Suares, and Julius Villafane; brother Alfred Sagnella; special cousin Robert Antonio; great-niece Nikki Stancarone and many other nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
Carol was predeceased by her parents Alfred Valentine Cash and Pauline Hutchins Cash; sister Charlesina (Ina) Stancarone; niece Gina Cangiano; sister-in-law Lisa Sagnella, and her great, great-niece Madi Ciccarella.
Carol worked as a paraprofessional for the West Haven Board of Education for many years.
A visitation will take place on THURSDAY, from 5 to 7 o’clock, at the West Haven Funeral Home at the Green.
The procession will depart the funeral home on Friday, at 9:30am. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Lawrence Church, at 10 o’clock.
Interment will follow in St. Lawrence Cemetery.
