Obituary: Damian A. Serer Jr., 79, of West Haven
Damian was a proud U.S. Army Veteran, previously serving in Vietnam, and was an employee of Star Distributors prior to retirement.
WEST HAVEN, CT - (From West Haven Funeral Home) Damian A. Serer Jr., age 79, of West Haven passed away suddenly at home on May 22, 2022. He was born in New Haven, son of the late Damian and Annette Grillo Serer.
Junior is survived by his dear friend Mary Price, his brother Joseph Serer and his wife Judy of TN, his brother Frank, his late sisters Annette Serer (his twin) and Mary Serer.
Damian was a proud U.S. Army Veteran, previously serving in Vietnam. He retired from Star Distributors.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 5-7pm at the West Haven Funeral Home at the Green.
A graveside service, with military honors, will be held on Thursday at 10am in the State of Connecticut Veterans Cemetery, Middletown.
