Trick-Or-Treat Parade Celebrates Halloween At West Haven City Hall

The Halloween Community Trick-or-Treat Parade took place at West Haven City Hall on Friday.

WEST HAVEN, CT — (Pictured): Mayor Dorinda Borer, dressed as a witch, joins students from St. Lawrence School on the front steps of City Hall during the Halloween Community Trick-or-Treat Parade on Friday.

The fourth- and fifth-graders and their teachers, along with preschoolers from Kids Club Learning Center and their teachers, not pictured, paraded through the first-floor hallway of City Hall to show off their “spooktacular” Halloween costumes while costumed city employees handed out candy and other treats.

The parade of little goblins was organized by the mayor’s office.
