The winning scratch ticket worth $10k was recently sold at a West Haven business, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
WEST HAVEN, CT - A Naugatuck resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in West Haven earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On April 25, Qaiser Masood, of Naugatuck, purchased a 20X Cash 7th Edition ticket from the AFZ Foodmart in West Haven and won $10,000.
