WEST HAVEN, CT - A West Haven resident is $30,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Milford earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.

On February 2, Paul Letkowski, of West Haven, purchased a 30X Cash 8th Edition ticket from the Choe Foodmart in Milford and won $30,000.
