WEST HAVEN--The slow progress of construction at a West Haven sports complex is continuing to spark debate and discussion.

The West Haven Seahawks/Ray Tellier Youth Football League parents and coaches voiced concerns to the city council about the lack of bathroom facilities and slow construction at the Veterans Memorial Field, The New Haven Register reports.
