Reddinger, 20, Charged With Alcohol Possession

Morgan Augustine, 20, of Redding was issued an infraction for possession of alcohol by a minor and a written warning for speeding after a motor vehicle stop on Black Rock Turnpike on Wednesday, March 14 at 8:43 p.m.

Failure to appear

Matthew Gabriel, 20, of Fairfield was arrested on Friday, March 16 at 3:40 p.m. and charged with failure to plea to or pay an infraction.

According to , a warrant for Gabriel was served after he didn’t respond to a prior arrest for possession of alcohol by a minor. He was away at college, police said.

Gabriel was released on $150 bond and given a March 23 court date.

Motor vehicle charges

William Malone, 51, of Fairfield was arrested on Saturday, March 17 at 10:34 a.m. and charged with speeding, driving without insurance and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. While in custody, Malone’s wife brought a valid insurance card

Malone was released on a promise to appear at a March 26 court date.
