Joseph Pierce sold 1 Hedgerow Common to Kerry Keegan for $1 million in a transaction recorded on Aug. 20.

William J. Savage sold 36 Old Orchard Drive to National Equity Inc. for $1,225,000 in a transaction recorded on Aug. 21. Then National Equity sold the property to Lewis and Garo Zirogiannis for $1,175,000.

Mario and Kathy Diubaldi sold 30 September Lane to John and Amy Richards for $942,000 in a transaction filed on Aug. 21.
