Why go? The Tartan Terrors is a special Celtic performance which features comedy, music, and dance. Why Go? Who doesn’t love this classic tale? Jack, a child who sells the family cow for a few beans, is astounded when the stalks stretch to the sky. He climbs it and discovers a fantastic new land, and steals a giant’s treasure. This is a theatre show that will entertain everyone, especially the kids.

Why go? WCSU’s award-winning theatre arts department is presenting the master playwright’s tale “The Three Sisters,” a heart-wrenching yarn based on a trio of siblings. A year after the death of their father, an army officer, the Moscow-bred sisters Prosorov--Olga, Masha and Irina--are finding life drab and increasingly hopeless in a Russian provincial town. Only the proximity of a nearby artillery post and the company of its officers make their existence bearable.
