On March 11, Robert and Jeryl Rosenblum sold the property at 84 Birch Hill Road to Matthew and Samantha Wu for $561,250.

On March 13, Bruce and Linda Bartley sold the property at 17 Brookwood Lane to Shannon and Braden Miller for $700,000.

On March 14, Shannon P. Miller sold the property at 24 Goodhill Road to Harold and Regina Kendig for $675,000.

On March 14, Katharine T. Greiner sold the property at 239 Georgetown Road to Sarah Dioguardi and Paul Stellato for $410,000.
