Stormwater runoff: Zero increase in peak runoff is just the bare minimum. We can't ignore the runoff from the parking lots and buildings and the additional chemicals from the development that add non point source pollutants into the environment (think PFAS, etc.). Water quality and runoff standards are lacking in municipalities.
Continuing Education for zoners: Developer advocates should NOT BE ALLOWED to provide continuing education training and credits to municipal zoners. Education should be an unbiased, official academic institution, not the lobbying groups like DesegregateCT, which are interested parties with a development agenda.
