On Jan. 8, Vault Sigma, LLC sold the property at 8 Church Hill Road to Helen and Kurt Cihi for $342,500. On Jan. 14, the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation sold the property at 309 Redding Road to 309 Redding Road, LLC for $269,000.
