Herrmann Handily Wins Reelection in Easton
Easton's First Selectman beat two write-in candidates on Tuesday.

First Selectman Tom Herrmann handily defeated write-in candidates Robert Webbe and Richard Seclow with support of Easton voters Tuesday night.
Herrmann received 1,095 votes (73.7 percent), while Webbe received 372 (25 percent) and Seclow received 18.
According to the Easton Town Clerk's Office, there are 5,105 registered voters in town: 2,236 unaffiliated voters (43.8 percent), 1,695 Republicans (33.2 percent), 1,142 Democrats (22.4 percent) and 32 voters registered to other parties.
