Easton 2023 Election: Bindelglass Defeats Bowditch, Wins 3rd Term

Democrat David Bindelglass defeated Republican Wendy Bowditch to win a third term as Easton first selectman on Tuesday.

EASTON, CT — Democrat David Bindelglass defeated Republican Wendy Bowditch to win a third term as Easton first selectman on Tuesday, according to the unofficial vote count released by the Registrar's Office.

Bindelglass drew 1,612 votes, to Bowditch's 1,182 tally.

Final vote totals will not be official until confirmed by the Secretary of the State's office, likely Wednesday morning.
