Easton Man Arrested in Domestic Dispute: Report

There was an active protection warrant for the man to stay away from the home

EASTON, CT — A local man was taken into custody following a domestic dispute Wednesday, reports the Easton Courier. The complainant told Police Jaquawn Coltrane was causing a disturbance at a Chester Road home by not turning off the TV, yelling and running up and down the stairs.

Police found there was an active protection order barring Coltrane from entering the home. Nobody was injured in the incident.

He had been staying at the home since his previous arrest, and told police he was aware of the court orders.
