Breach of peace On Sunday, Dec. 4, Easton Police arrested a 25-year-old Brookfield man and charged him with breach of peace. According to police, Jeffrey Ruopp was picked up by State Police, who found there was an outstanding warrant for him in Easton. Police said Ruopp pulled his girlfriend's hair in a parking lot off Black Rock Turnpike following a domestic incident last month. He was released on a promise to appear at a Dec. 5 court date.
