
A 34-year-old Bridgeport man was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol following a report his vehicle was parked in the middle of Mile Common Road on Feb. 25 at 8:29 p.m.
According to police, officers responded to the incident, finding the driver, Marc Mizzoni, passed out with his car running and in drive. Mizzoni woke up, smelled like alcohol, failed field sobriety tests and was taken in to custody.
Easton Police's K9, Chase, searched the car and hit on the interior of it. Police found a pipe and less than one-half ounce of marijuana.

Mazzoni was also charged with possession of less than one-half ounce of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license.

Richard McLaughlin, 54, of Norton Road was charged with disorderly conduct on Feb. 21 at 8:55 p.m. According to police, officers arrived at a Redding Road residence and made the arrest. He was released on a promise to appear in court March 1.
