On Jan. 17, Suzanne Horelik sold the property at 15 Austin Drive to Paul and Mary Vimini for $365,000.

On Jan .19, Christopher Croteau sold the property at 100 Burroughs Road to William English for $657,000.

On Jan. 20, Steven and Linda Belcher sold the property at 35 Staples Road to Scarlet and B. Frank Deford for $600,000.

On Jan. 31, Wilbur Dumas sold the property at 44 Hillside Drive to Svitlana Fiorito for $350,000.
