Easton Woman Charged with Failing To Halt Alcohol Possession by Minors; Juvenile Charged with Sex Assault

The arrests occurred Feb. 21.

An Easton woman and a male juvenile from Southport were charged with various crimes in relation to their actions at a party on Redding Road in September.

According to police, the department began investigating an alleged sexual assault at a possible underage drinking party that had taken place at the home of an Easton woman.

After the investigation, the 17-year-old male turned himself in to police after learning there was a warrant for his arrest. He is charged with sexual assault in the second degree, and was released on a promise to appear in court Feb. 4.

On Feb. 21, Stacey D'Eramo, 45, turned herself in to police after learning there was a warrant for her arrest. She is charged with failure to halt possession of alcohol by minors, reckless endangerment in the second degree and risk of injury to a minor. She is due in court March 6.
