On March 4, the estate of Pamela Hunt Wombles sold the property at 116 Gallows Hill Road to Phyllis Rhodes and Walter Czudak for $550,000.
On March 4, the estate of Rose Natale sold the property at 32 Mountain Road to Matthew Seidel for $170,000.
