On Nov. 2, Brendan Leahy sold the property at 33 Steephill Road to Ian and Ariel Merriss for $319,500.

On Nov. 5, Randi Crum sold the property at 25 Fanton Hill Road to Geoffrey and Kristin Shafer for $855,000.

On Nov. 6, Andrew and Judith Shields sold the property at 12 Tobacco Road to Peter Frederiksen and Eva Jorgensen for $1,240,000.

On Nov. 7, Mark and Alyson Cohon sold the property at 61 River Road to Jay and Stephanie Ugol for $755,000.

On Nov. 9, HSBC Bank USA sold the property at 75 Catbrier Road to Roneil and Julianne Icatar for $700,000.

On Nov. 9, Janet Freedman and Steve Zimmerman sold the property at 39 South Tannery Lane to Joseph and Patricia Buffardi for $577,500.
