Letter: 'Democrat In Support Of John Shaban'

To The Editor:

I have been a Redding resident for 20 years, and raised my two kids here with my husband. I am a registered Democrat, and I am supporting John Shaban for First Selectman of Redding. I do so as I have been disappointed with the lack of movement on the stalled Wire Mill project. I recently had the opportunity to hear John speak on this issue, and it became clear to me that he has the qualifications and the ability to finally get this done. I urge my fellow Democrats to do the same as I am fearful that yet another 20 years will go by before anything gets accomplished there.
