Letter: 'In Support of John Shaban for Redding First Selectman'

To The Editor:

I urge my fellow Redding citizens to cast your vote for John Shaban in this upcoming First Selectman race on November 2nd. As an environmental lawyer, John is uniquely positioned and qualified to finally get the albatross that is the Georgetown Wire Mill repurposed. This blight upon our town has become mired in legal and bureaucratic stagnation, and the laser focus that was promised has yet to be delivered. He has the skill set to make this a shovel ready project asap.
