License plate reader Robert Buzzeo, 42, of Waterbury was charged with driving an unregistered motor vehicle and driving with suspended insurance following on Hill Road at 7:16 a.m. on July 20. Buzzeo was released on a written promise to appear at a court date in early August. Vandalism On Thursday, July 19 at 9:19 a.m., received a report that the fields at the Redding Community Center had been damaged overnight by someone driving a quad on them. Similar damage had been reported at the community center two days before as well.
