In Memory of Helen Isobel Burt, 85, of Redding

REDDING, CT — Helen Isobel Burt age 85, a long time resident of Redding, CT passed away in her residence on June 29, 2016.

Isobel was born on December 10, 1930 in Danbury, CT the daughter of the late Basil Robert Burt and Janet Fraser Burt. During her lifetime, Isobel enjoyed a successful career as a Buyer with a number of high-end department stores in New York.

Isobel leaves behind her brother Basil Burt and his wife Suzanne of Georgia, VT. She is also survived by her niece and nephew Melissa (Burt) Buckley and Jason Burt and their children all of Georgia VT. She also leaves behind her faithful and loyal canine companion, Abby.

A private service and interment took place at Hillside Cemetery in Wilton, CT. Arrangements were entrusted to the Bouton Funeral Home 31 W. Church Street Georgetown CT 06829.
