In Memory of Lifelong Easton Resident Lillian Kocsis, 88

Easton, CT — Lillian Kocsis, age 88 of Easton, wife of the late Michael Kocsis Jr., passed away on Saturday, June 11, 2016 at Connecticut Hospice in Branford.

A lifelong resident of Easton, Lillian was the daughter of the late Charles and Bessie Terhes Laskay. She worked for West Side Bank in Bridgeport for 18 years and Vitramon Corporation of Monroe until her retirement. She was a member of the Congregational Church of Easton for 50 years.

Lillian loved nature, enjoyed sports, and was active in the Easton Senior Center. Lillian will be remembered by her daughter, Barbara Franklin, and her husband, Gregory, Sr., her cherished grandchildren, Gregory Franklin, Jr. and Michelle Franklin, all of Hebron; her sisters, Ethel Swanson and Dorothy D'Amato, both of Easton; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by her siblings, Charles Laskay Jr., Anthony Laskay, Grace Laskay, and Margaret Laskay.

Services were held on Friday, June 17. Interment followed in Union Cemetery in Easton.
