EASTON, CT — Michael Francis Linnane, Jr. of Easton, died on January 24, 2024.
Born in White Plains, New York, Michael attended Archbishop Stepinac High School, Manhattan College, and Stern Business School, and following a brief time in the Army, began his successful career at New York Telephone. Michael’s work included overseeing telecommunications operations throughout New York City, directing the rollout of wireless systems, and restoring services following the 2001 collapse of the World Trade Center.

Michael is survived by Patricia, his wife of 51 years, his seven children, Michael, Kathleen, Matthew, KerryAnne, Karalise, Mary, and John, and eleven grandchildren.
Michael will be remembered for his quick wit, his strong work ethic, and his unmatched trivia skills.

Most of all, Michael will be remembered for the love that he showed to his wife and each of his children, all the while supporting their wildest wishes and dreams. He will be greatly missed.
