Old Rock Road Home Sells for $794K in Weston

On Nov. 16, the Connor Haila Stoddard Living Trust sold the property at 5 South Ladder Hill Road to the Federal National Mortgage Association for $279,291.48.

On Nov. 20, US Bank sold the property at 57 Blue Spruce Circle to Jeffrey Sanok and Sochacrya So for $430,000.

On Nov. 29, Kevin and Catherine Clarke sold the property at 18 Old Rock Road to Randall Zuckerman and Kristin Adams for $794,625.

On Nov. 29, Alexander Head sold the property at 61 Old Easton Road to Dominici and Broder LLC for $355,000.
