EASTON, CT – Monday, November 3, 2025 – The REF Falcons, the youth football team of Redding and Easton, triumphed on Sunday, November 2, securing the Conference Championship title in the highly competitive AYF Western Connecticut Youth Football League. The REF 13U squad defeated the Plainville Colts by a score of 27-12 at Plainville High School in Plainville, CT.
“This team showed incredible dedication, discipline, and heart all season long. They play as one, and this championship title is a testament to the hard work put in by every single player," said Head Coach, Tim Rappoccio. "We are incredibly focused as we prepare for the AYF League Championship game this weekend and we couldn't do it without the support of our fans, parents, and the communities of Easton and Redding."
