
On Saturday, April 7 at 1:01 a.m., observed an operator northbound on Redding Road driving erratically. Upon stopping him, it was determined the driver, Kenneth Kinsman, 48, of Bethel was operating under the influence of alcohol.
He failed field sobriety tests and was taken into custody.
Kinsman was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to drive in the proper lane. He was released on $100 bond and given a court date later this month.
